--- title: Complex Projects --- Services — Projects — Out-of-Scope # Complex Projects As we work on your content and marketing automation strategy, there will likely be projects that come up that don’t fall into the scope of the Retainer Statement of Work — both things that we recommend and things that you may want or need. ## **Tackle Out-of-Scope Projects** **![AdobeStock_169233589](https://relequint.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AdobeStock_169233589.jpg?width=300&name=AdobeStock_169233589.jpg)**   As we work on your content and marketing automation strategy, there will likely be projects that come up that don’t fall into the scope of the Retainer Statement of Work — both things that we recommend and things that you may want or need.  **Complex projects may include:** - Website redesign & development - HubSpot set-up - New CMS set-up - CRM migration - Outbound email campaigns - Other out-of-scope emails - Extensive, out-of-scope workflow automation - Ideal customer persona development - Google ads campaign creation - Press kit creation & outreach As your partner in growth marketing, we’re happy to take on these projects. The first step is to identify what’s needed with your Marketer, who will then scope it out with the team and provide a cost estimate and project plan within five business days. With your approval and receipt of commencement invoice, we’ll begin work on the additional project(s) according to the project plan, and invoice upon completion. If revisions or edits are needed to project work after it’s completed and invoiced, those hours will need to be scoped, estimated, and invoiced separately. **Out-of-scope projects are estimated on a per-project basis. **Unless otherwise listed, all photography, illustration and copywriting will be estimated separately from the proposal.
